Hit and miss - disappointed

Hit and miss. I've been using them for 18 months to rent out my appartment. Initially great, but then hard to get hold of with people changing. They decided to put my fees up by 16% without communication, this after they failed to adjust the rent properly. And take ages to reply, I'm still waiting on the former 2 weeks later. Not sure I can recommend them on their current performance. You've got to keep on top of them, and they are suppose to take the stress away. Disappointed.
