Do not use - Raised a Formal Complaint
Have a very straight forward sale going through Taylor Rose, been going on since January and still not complete or had any communication as to when it will be. Terrible communication from (supervisor) as we have been promised multiple call backs and we are yet to even receive one of those. All direct numbers to them are never answered. Last we heard on email was over 2 weeks ago with a one sentence update, no details, no time frames, nothing. Have raised a formal complaint and still yet to receive any urgency on resolving from anyone.
