The only gym I've joined (a lot) where the place closes annually for 2 whole days to update, really necessary? Other gyms work around this and dont shut up shop. They close Boxing day , also unnecessary as its often not manned . Inconsiderate people that dont put weights back, young kids in groups hogging machines . Always training courses in the studio when you want to use it

Unprofessional and Infuriating. They not only delivered a bulky furniture delivery on the WRONG day, but when I wasn't in, they dumped it the the reception of my apartment block, blocking access and causing a H&S hazard. I called the company that contracts them, they called DX and in the end DX management (when the couriers were not answering the phone). Even their own management were unable to contact them. They did not come back and remove the items and they were left there all night. It was then arranged they would come back early the next day, they didn't ring to tell me they were on their way so i wasn't able to meet them and give them access. Thankfully Furniturebox were able to get an alternative company to deal with the situation. Avoid at all costs , too stressful!
