Quick and fast submission of application for people doing the typing at BLS center.
Kindly note that, present procedure of people who are typing the application in the BLS center itself, have to take initially one token for typing and another token for submission, after typing finished. This taking long time for us. However, who are doing the typing outside completing the submission of application very quickly.
