RUDE & UNFRIENDLY STAFF ,at Cumbernauld…
RUDE & UNFRIENDLY STAFF ,at Cumbernauld Retail Park A772 who do not acknowledge customers when u walk in store or at cash desk . Not one member of staff say hi or smile when there on shop floor. Also shopping items are rammed through till and you don’t get time to pack in small check out . Disgusting customer service , I THINK THIS MUST BE HOMEBARGAINS CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. I have contacted the customer service but they do not seem bothered, obviously reading other reviews, they don’t seem bothered if the customer not happy, it might be a bargain store but doesn’t cost much for politeness & helpful staff obviously staff don’t get any training?????
