Classic criminals!!!

Classic criminals!!!they take your money first and than no info about delay ,about timing absolutely nothing.My question is ANYONE CAN PROTECT ONLINE COSTUMERS FROM THIS BAD PEOPLE??WHERE TO REPORT THEM?TO WHO?MORE DAMAGE THEY ARE MAKING EVERY DAY!!I am NOT working since MARCH, but take some money to send basket and make my family in Canada happy...Shame of you!!!Hopefully, your business will shut down after all these bad things you made!!!
