Limited, Unlimited Data!
A very bad experience. I was looking for a replacement for another provider and Lyca seemed pretty good, I was wrong. I moved two numbers and only one transferred correctly, the other seemed to not ever connect to make calls and only received calls sporadically and NEVER sent any calls to voicemail. So Lyca lost this contract almost immediately. Today the data only SIM stopped working without any warning. After a phone call to Lyca 'customer service?' I was told we had exceeded our 'unlimited data' via their 'fair use policy' and the only way to prove that I am not operating a business or any kind of illegal websites, really?, was to send an email proving who I am and stating that I have a large family that uses the internet a lot! And they might reconnect us after 48 hours! That's enough I think, goodbye Lyca.....
