Missing items from an online order
Missing items from an online order. When emailed them to try get this rectified they said the item had been scanned during the packing procedure. When I sent a reply stating that the items were in fact missing along with photographic/video evidence they stopped responding. So now I'm left without my items and without a refund... absolutely fuming. Going to report them to trading standards if they don't respond. Be contacting my bank too, see if they can help get my money back !!
