Beware how P&O sells this Cruise

Beware how P&O sells this Cruise I am so angry and disappointed with P&Os Complaints Process as previous emails if this is not misrepresentation please let me know what is ???????????????? Same happened to us in October, we were with Marella and there was no charge for the tender. Toulon is a Naval dock so it looks as though all sailings will be going to La Seyne. It's quite a nice ride across the bay and it's on a French boat not ship tenders. A nice easy day is to go to the tourist info in Toulon (by the market) and ask them for tickets to Mont Faron. Can't remember the price but it wasn't much. They sell you a bus/cable car ticket and point you in the direction of the bus stop. Ask the driver to put you off at the cable car. The bus journey is only about 15 minutes. There are beautiful views of the bay and there are walks at the top as well as a cafe and small WW11 museum. It’s not like we can cancel the cruise even if we wanted to, we’ve paid select fare not saver also but I suppose they will just say it’s their right to change ports. I just don’t think they should be charging people for it. I don't mean in terms of passenger numbers, but the actual size of her, and whether Toulon has become one of those Mediterranean ports that are limiting cruise ships. Looking at Toulon's schedule in 2025, she's the largest that was due to dock there by some considerable margin. I’ve never heard of the replacement port and the ‘nominal’ fee to take the boat transfer is £20 each. I don’t call that nominal if a family want to go. Has anyone been to La Seyne-sur-Mer?

My Son visited the Hilton Hotel Watford…

My Son visited the Hilton Hotel Watford on the A41 he arranged to meet a Friend there for Tea also I asked if he could get information on hiring one of their rooms for a function he tried to put his vehicle number in the machine was told he had to spend £10 per person first to have it authorised he spoke to service desk manager who told him he would be charged just for entering the area after 15 mins arguing with the person he drove out and went next door to the Toby Carvery signed in on the machine had tea with his friend with no problem at all I telephoned The manager today Spoke to Manager Sally who said rules you must pay parking even if staying at Hotel Will never use Hilton Hotels again and they have now lost out a booking for 500 Guest on a Function Room and a number of guest would have booked to stay over

Disgusting Lack of Service from Carnival Cruises

Dear Millie Spicer Carnival Cruises I do not appeciate your ignoring my email as previous I now Notice every time I send a email reply comes back out of office and will return in 3 to 5 days no wonder there are so many cruisers not receiving their refunds I requested a refund for our future cruise deposit which when I gave it was guaranteed it would be refunded when requested it is now 3 months since requested and still not received after chasing on telephone and my complete waste of my time at my expence and promises was told a cheque was posted on the 1st June why not return to my credit card which was charged originaly still not received up to the 17th July cannot get any sattisfaction I NOW HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO REPORT THIS TO ABTA AND USE ALL THE SITES LIKE TRUST PILOT FACEBOOK AND TWITTER TO EXPOSE HOW PRINCESS AND CARNIVAL ARE TREATING THEIR CLIENTS WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER CRUISE WITH CARNIVAL IF THIS THE THE SERVICE YOU OFFER -----Original Message----- Sent: Sat, 11 Jul 2020 10:37 Subject: Re: Ref: HX2JWN Dear Millie Spicer Despite my many Telephone calls at my expense to your Customer Services and email that was Requested in May for a Refund of the Future Cruise Deposit which I was told was sent out on the 1st June as of today's date 11 July nothing has been received all I get is request from your advisers to be patient it will arrive by cheque shortly this is not acceptable as when I gave the future cruise deposit I was guaranteed it would be refunded immediately if requested I am now very concerned regarding the integrity of Carnival Cruises and Princesss as I have no alternative but report this to ABTA as it is a fragrant delay action it does not take 3 months to get a refund which I am entitled to is this the way you give confidence to a future regular cruiser who has sailed so many times on your fleet of ships Await your Very Urgent Reply -----Original Message----- Subject: Ref: HX2JWN Thank you for contacting Princess Cruises.
