Beware international buyers - ripped off.
Never have I interacted with such a rude customer service staff. International order after rave reviews: purchased items, paid, checked out, while banner on site indicated free shipping over certain order value. Got an email afterwards telling me to organise my own shipping or pay extra. Despite the check out allowing for international orders I was told to pay for shipping extra as a separate invoice or too bad. Of course I paid extra, not wanting to rip a small company off if they had truly made a mistake, but not once did the staff member acknowledge the mistake was theirs and immediately sent an accusatory, unhelpful email. Eventually my parcels arrived in multiple separate orders, at far lower postage cost than they charged me and missing two items. Didn't bother dealing with them again.
