Please Help Complete Delivery of this Shipment!
We paid in advance months ago for the shipping service with ExFreight but at the last minute are being told the documents are incomplete. However we have been given conflicting information on how to resolve this. Right now the crate is being held up at the Port of Entry and after tomorrow expensive storage fees will be charged. Why can't someone at ExFreight help us resolve this????
