Bord Gais(Centrica PLC) not returning money they owe to ex-customers

I changed from Bord Gais(Centrica PLC) to another supplier for my gas and electricity a couple of weeks ago, I was signed up for level pay with them and I owed €344 on my gas, this money they withdrew immediately, they owed me €688 as I was in credit on my electricity bill, I waited a few weeks and when no refund was credited to me I contacted them (a nightmare), and I was assured that my money would be returned to my account, 10 days on I rang this morning to get an update and the person I was speaking to hung up on me.

Great service, great product.

I ordered my Gazabo on line to click and collect at the Cork store, it was not in stock there, I rang the store and spoke to a staff member who promised to have it shipped from the Kerry shop within 24 hours, I got an email 24 hours later to tell me my purchase was ready for collection, I went to the store where a warehouse staff member loaded it for me, I put it together that afternoon at home, excellent quality product , first class service, thanks to everyone concerned.
