Ordered 5x 2KG Epsom salt
Order 5x 2KG Epsom salt, received 5x 1.8KG Epsom salt. Have contacted them, sent photos and have received two auto replies. Have been mis-sold products. Have emailed me 5 days later to say they'll collect it. No resolution, no mention refund or replacement or to send out 1kg bag. Very poor customer service. Expecting me to re-seal the box, print and attach a label and return it like I've made the decision to return it not that they've sent the incorrect items or falsely advertised. I hope the courier has tape because I haven't. Will not be ordering from Home Bargains again, more hassle than it's worth.
