Great Idea, Bad Execution
The idea of this company is great, but the actual company itself is awful. My overall experience has left me frustrated and deservingly. Their customer service is below subpar and they don't seem to care about actually making the customer happy. They also refunded me the wrong amount after seeceral email exchanges and arguments on my part to get there. You see, they had charged me twice for one order, the difference in tips. I needed my money back because $19 can make a difference in a college student's life. They refunded me the lower amount even though I said the higher (because the actual restaurant I ordered from was rude to me as well and I felt they were undeserving of a big tip). Ordering take out should never be this difficult, I would have rather roughed it with an apple than what I went through for a sandwhich.
