They don't seem to do quality control…
They don't seem to do quality control on goods they sell in store, every single solar light or anything similar i have bought from there either doesn't work at all or works for a few month and packs up, i bought x2 small solar lights that claimed to be waterproof but when i looked at them the design literally allows water in as there is holes at the top corners so a massive design floor and they lasted around a week, i bought a large solar light for my front door and it lasted a month, i bought a string of solar lights for my wall and they only worked for 2 days. They clearly just get very cheap made lights and stuff to sell in their stores but the quality is terrible, i wouldn't buy anything electronic etc from them as it seems cheap garbage and they also don't let you refund for it claiming you broke it so to me it seems like one massive money making scheme, sell faulty and garbage lights etc that they know wont last more than a month knowing people will probably just assume its a one off and keep buying them.
