Excellent customer service
We've had our bed for about 18 months now and unfortunately the switchboard malfunctioned meaning the TV wouldn't rise up out of the bed. These things happen so I sent an email explaining what had happened to which Rob responded straight away with some simple pointers on how to get the mechanism out of the bed, which I did, to check all the cables where still attached. It turned out to be an electrical fault and Rob didn't hesitate to say he'd get a new switchboard sent out to me. Luckily they had one in the warehouse and I received it in a couple of days! The bed works perfectly fine again! Thank you to Rob and his excellent customer service.
