Disappointing. Booked with very helpful Melanie but…
Booked with very helpful Melanie but disappointing that I couldn’t get an answer to extending my Douro river cruise with extra days in Porto. Melanie asked her colleagues but no response before my provisional booking period was up. We may stay on at the end of the cruise and book another flight ourselves and just miss the one booked by Riviera.
