Poor customer service
Bought tickets to see Madonna back in January, the concert is on October 28th. Something has commed in the way, so we are not able to go. We contacted Stockholm Live, and asked if somehow we could resale the tickets. The answer was that we can only do it 3 days before the concert, even though we already have received the tickets digitally. This is very bad service, people who travel from a far can’t count on selling the tickets only 3 days before, as people have to book fligts, hotels etc. Everywhere else in Europe and USA, you can resale tickets from day one. The use the excuse that real fans have to get acces to the tickets, but come on the tickets have been for sale for 9 months, i think her fans have had time to buy tickets by now! I am never booking tickets to any concert via Stockholm Live again.
