Long term tenant review
We have been renting with Smart since 2020 in 2 different properties. Overall the experience has been brilliant. There’s been a couple of occasions where things get forgotten about or we have had to send a follow up once or twice but things seem to have improved a lot since the pandemic which lets face it was a difficult time for everyone. It does feel like over the last few months there has been a conscious effort to step up customer service and it really has been a five star experience lately. Repairs are generally sorted out quickly, especially urgent ones, and in terms of property inspections they have been extremely accommodating my partners odd working hours when arranging these. At our first property the landlord at times was reluctant to meet his obligations and Smart applied pressure to get things done, luckily where we are now the maintenance provided by the landlord / Smart is fantastic. Everyone I have spoken to, met or emailed has been extremely polite and friendly, even when I’ve been my usual grumpy self! A special shout out to Amelia, Sophie, Emily and Josh who we have had a few dealings with. All of you are a credit to your team and have eased an awful lot of stress for me!
