A review on My Cruises Best of Europe package - 14 Countries
Our tour code was 410LDN3IG and it was a 24days European tour from 24th August to 17th September 2024. Some of the hotels were not considered to be 3 star category. For example, Good hotel in London, Ski Lodge, Engleberg, Switzerland, Mercure hotel, Frankfurt. The room was very small and basic amenities were not available in the room. It was basically similar to backpackers hotel. Couple of hotels were far from the city centre, for example Hotel Venezia in Venice, Amarnath Hotel in Netherlands and LongInn at airport, Berlin. Optional activities were very pricy and was not considered to be a good value for the amount paid in Euros. The stay in Budapest was too short. Overnight stay in Frankfurt could have been avoided. In the itinerary provided, the hotel names and the address were not included. It was given separately. It caused inconveniences to the holiday team members. It could be an integrated one document consisting of all the information on accommodation and others. The tour guide Edgar was very knowledgeable but at times were found to be very rude and inflexible on stoppage times. While walking for site seeing, he did not think about a few members taking the tour who were unable to keep the pace of his walking due to physical constraints.
