Awful - do not use
They took an excessive amount of data from my account the first day I was with them. When I contacted them via chat the customer service agents could not understand very well and were no help. I then complained and they refused to investigate or escalate my complaint. The data usage was much more than any other provider I have used, and they even took data from me when my mobile data was switched off! Their app is incredibly low budget and most of the features do not work - so you need to contact customer services for everything. I had to contact them several times and each time their English skills and understanding were really, really poor. They cannot or will not offer much help. As a mobile provider it cannot be relied upon. In answer to your reply - Thank you for replying. I raised my complaint several times via the email you suggested and I did ask you to look into it in detail and investigate the issues. However, each response I received was very patronising and you failed to answer basic questions. You completely refused to admit you were wrong, even when I showed what my usage was. You refused to escalate my complaint when I requested it be taken further. So no, I will not be using you ever again.
