Three months ago , I sent money to an overseas account using my SYDBank account. There was an issue with the receiving account and the England account was blocked. I have now followed up with different regulatory and monetary board since October 2nd , 2024 . I have been able to communicate this with my Bank representative and they won't assist in retrieving the available balance with the England Bank, even after providing the email threads between the Banks and the monetary board. The England online Banking has now requested that I provide an Indemnity form for them to return the available balance with them and till date SydBank officials has not responded to my request. I have over 24K hanging out there and I need a follow up in no time . All I need is an Indemnity form , if my Bank won't assist me . I can assist myself !
