Scam company, avoid at all costs
Scam company. Phone in “good” condition, they emailed to say it was “poor” and sent pictures of a phone that wasn’t mine. Reduced my offer, however I accepted as just wanted to get rid of the phone. Payment email sent saying I’d receive cash, no payment. They then said they’re having 3rd party payment issues and that I’d get it my Monday. Monday arrived and nothing, I emailed them again and they said I’d get it by 10pm Monday.. still nothing. Emailed them the next morning and said I’d reported them to Trading standards, received cash next day. Reading all the comments it’s the same situation over and over again. Avoid this company, not worth the stress and waste of your time contacting/chasing them.
