Poor service, cheap craftsmanship.
My almost 80 year old mother has just had a horrible experience with this company and their customer support. For this reason I am leaving this review. She just returned a piece for warranty for the second time in under two years. From now on, we will buy local and get it serviced locally. Myself after this will never purchase anything affiliated with this company.
