"What went wrong this time"? At least Bord Gais acknowledge there are serious problems . Despite numerous phone calls durations 5 June 37 minutes 13 may 17 minutes 8th May 19 minutes and a lot more telephone calls I'm still unable to get my refund of €700. Comments on this website appear to be correct staff not trained properly. Always get the same recorded message: " due: to a high volume of calls.... Please employ more staff instead of this ongoing message. I'm going to CER as its a pointless exercise trying to engage with this faceless entity.
