The best in town by far
Rob and Daryl at Kinetic contacted me re a self made sale board I had at one of my rental properties. They were not pushy nor hard sell just honest men trying to get there business up and running. From day one they have been amazing.I have worked with most estate agents in Lincoln over the years buying and selling over 20 properties and this KINETIC experience was one of the best. They have replied to every call, every message and every e mail the same day, sometimes the same hour.They have been to meet my tenants (my parents ) and made them feel very special and very safe in the knowledge that they were going to get this deal done quickly and professionally. We have had some real problems with paperwork further down the chain and they were on the ball every day chasing it. The exchange was today, the completion on the 12th of Jan, they also put me in touch with a very good solicitor, Dale and Co, what a great service I received from Jo and Felicity there too. On reading this you might think they are friends of mine, or even related, but I can honestly say I had never spoken to them until the day Daryl called me re my home made sale board .
