The customer service with Boost is…
The customer service with Boost is worse the Cricket, Walmart and Dell put together. At 3:21 PM PST 07/05/2025, I had to call Boost Mobile FOR THE 3RD TIME since I stated to the first agent my new phone freezes, there a lot of other issues, The agent responded, "so are the issues taken care of." I asked if she fixed them and she said no. She was stupid so I asked for a supervisor and all of a sudden they are busy. I called again and a dude who said his name was Wanda spoke very fast and very low. He want my pin number and then repeated it back to me. I now want a new pin number since that shared my private information. Third call that ended at 3:21 PM PST The lady I spoke to saw my account already verified. I mentioned all of the things wrong with my phone and then she said, it looks like you spoke to other agents, did they fix the problem. I asked, would I be calling back a 3rd time if the problem was fixed? I need a supervisor and she said, they are unavailable so now my complaint will be sent to FCC>GOV again since they keep testing me. I will continue to file complaints to FCC.GOV each time I am denied assistance and a supervisor.
