DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I normally don’t do reviews but I’m doing this to help someone else! I was interested in a property of there’s and when it came to put my 1000 deposit down I had no issues getting anyone (of course) after that when I tried to get the occupancy permit to pay my security deposit I ran into an issue! The city hall said they have no renters license for that property this had been going on since the 1st of may! I’ve been calling be left on hold for hours with no one to answer calling for weeks and when I do get some they said they would call me back and no return phone calls!! So basically they got my 1000 and was about to get my other $2000 but I decided to wait until I obtained my occupancy permit and thank god I did because I would have been out of more money!!! Here it is June 8th and no one still has gotten back with me!
