Exceptional service
Exceptional service I wasn't sure at first, as they seemed to be a relatively new lender based on my research. However our home loan specialist Lauren went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel at ease We were in a tricky situation where our current place didn't settle on time. We were able to work something out with Sucasa and get the loan for a new place when needed. The Sucasa team were so so helpful during such a stressful period. Could not be happier with the outcome. Really appreciate Lauren B who provided fantastic customer service.
