I requested to port my number out to another service provider and they refused to on the basis of having a wrong codice fiscale so I did what was requested and sent an email with correct details and documents and am still waiting for a confirmation. I just want to leave lyca as soon as humanly possible due to their terrible customer service and will never use them again. The agents are shockingly awful on the phone and offer zero help. I have tried to call several times and have been kept on hold so have just given up trying now. I just want to keep my old number as I have a legal right to do so but they are blocking me and delaying this and wasting my time. I do not recommend using them.
