The IMO car wash's drive in entrance in Wednesbury, West Midlands has pot holes the size of sink holes! As always IMO staff are generally impolite, not very bright and the only friendly interaction is them asking your wash, your money & waving you on aggressively. Overall a always poor customer experience, do management actually care? I doubt it. The actual car wash is fine and just a mere transaction.
