I receive a quicker response on…

I receive a quicker response on Trustpilot from Great Jones than I EVER have in actuality. It’s funny, I am always TRYING to contact someone who can’t make any decisions about the fact that I have now been and am being displaced by 2 Property Management groups hired by the owners ( Sfr3’s )of two houses 🏡 n Columbia, that have had MAJOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! I will have to respond to the fact that Great Jones had time to respond to Trustpilot so rapidly but to me NEVER. People who know me, know: 1. I always have and always will tell the truth, and always give people the benefit of the doubt. 2. If you screw me over, as I was by Renthaven, and now Great Jones And collectively by the same owners ( Sfr’s), I will be honest about that as well. 3. Great Jones and the Sfr’s are displacing us from the second house in 6 months and Because the house they rented us us is structurally damages to the point that a patio stone is apparently propping up one main rotted beam, they wanted my husband and I to be out within 30 days with absolutely no help initially. I actually had to negotiate. There should be no negotiation when you find out you made a mistake ( as Great Jones and the Sfr3’s) did, you should just do the right damn thing. You should make sure customers are taken care of. It shouldn’t take 4 weeks for a company to help you especially when none of it was your fault at either house. The South doesn’t want slumlords. I wish I could provide pictures because I am going to settle for far less than I should because I am so tired of being given the run around. Now if Great Jones and the Sfr3’s or on the Sfr3’s wants to run more PR, until I have something “in better faith” than what they provided or are willing to provide as of right now, I am settling for being taken advantage of. So I guess they get an A + for screwing people over but an F for caring about elderly newlyweds. They could care less about what they are renting. I still say.... Be Aware Renters.
