Our experience with John Grose Ford has been excellent since we began using this dealership for our car. Jacques Damant who assisted with the car and handover of our Toyota was very efficient, courteous and kept us informed about the build and location in the E.U. and the UK The Kuga car we have just received was well worth the time it took to arrive. The whole process has been Exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble, Jacques made the whole process as smooth and efficient as it could possibly be.
