I have placed many orders over the years without issues. The most recent two boxes that I received looked like a 2 year old packed it with whatever was lying around the warehouse. One bottle leaked. The company said they would not stand behind it because I did not purchase the extra insurance from them. I replied that by not buying their optional insurance I should not get insufficient quality in packaging. They would not reply to me after several requests. After buying thousands of dollars from them over the last few years I would have thought there would be better customer service. I placed another order around the same time from Sip Tequila and the packaging was outstanding. No leaks. Unfortunately I will not by from Remedy again. To save a dollar on a bottle vs. others and get such poor packaging and customer service is not worth it.
