Dirty and Unsafe Property
We booked a property through Marriott hosted by Red Awning. Upon arrival the air conditioning did not work. Electricity was out in part of the house. The property was not ready for guests. There were stains on the sheets. Mold on all the outside cushions making them unusable. There was mold on the shower curtain. General lack of care and dirty. The sent someone out who was unable to rectify the electrical problem. Due to the Jewish holiday they were unable to get us in contact with management. We let them know we would have to vacate to ensure the safety of our family. We paid over $5000 for our stay and only stayed 24 hours. We were only reimbursed $300. They were not willing to work with us to figure out a solution. I would not use this company. I have rented many times through AirBnb and VRBO and never had the issues we had with Red Awning. I would not recommend renting one of their properties.
