APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Item arrived, wrong size. I was told to return it and that I could not exchange it. I did return it and found they had not refunded me. I have proof of postage. I have chased my refund up by email, whattsapp and phone calls. The whattsapp reply said they would get back to me and needed to ask someone else....no reply despite me chasing it. I spoke to one of their very smug team in the Netherlands last week who told me that there had been a problem with returns and they would forward my request for a refund to the UK office. They cannot give the UK number out apparently. When I said that I would appreciate some acknowledgement that this had been done so I did not need to keep chasing, she laughed and said that she would do it. When I asked if she had my contact details, she realised she did not and had to take them again. If there has been a problem with refunds, this should have been a priority for protest to sort out. If I could give them a '0' rating here I would, they are useless and I really hope they sort out their team and customer service.
