Terrible service
Terrible service. Placed an order with Samsung for a tariffed phone, who used Mobile phones direct. Completed a credit check that was passed, however, for an unknown reason they then cancelled the order. No explanation given other than trying to blame network provider, which after further investigation was not the case. They then blamed Samsung. I would not recommend anyone use this business for a mobile phone.
