Charged the wrong price

I asked for infill lash extensions and the manager said £45 or £85 for a new set. I asked for infills and the lash technician confirmed they could do it. The procedure took around 2 hours. After the procedure, I asked the lash technician how much it would be. She again told me she'd charge me £45. When I came to pay, the manager asked her to charge me £85. I asked why? She said it was because of how long it had taken. Not once was I informed that the price would be higher if the procedure took longer.. I had no choice but to pay £85 for infills not a full set. For that amount of money I would expect a full set of lashes that will last me longer.
