Management at the Colleyville location lacks the ability to take responsibility of their staff not following their internal policy regarding cancelling the membership. If you sign up, just know they make the cancel process difficult and they contradict policy stated by other staff members. If you cancel, do it in person and require them to provide you with the documentation that the membership is cancelled. Their verbal word is useless. I just looked up their HQ in New York on the Better Business Bureau website and they have a score of "F" on multiple locations.
