Bad start, but good customer service
Updated: Staff have dealt with it. We have since had email conversations with them to resolve the issues mentioned. A 10+ minute wait on the phone was pretty bad, but I hear they are quite understaffed. Original: Switched to Tomato yesterday and feel very confused. The meter, along with the MyWatts website, says we are still with Octopus. We have not had any communications from Tomato to confirm the switch (just emails from "MyWatts".) They have not replied to our email. Very disappointed. Will update this review if anything changes.
