A/C unit went out, never fixed; Additional fees
A/C unit went out around July 4th, 2024. The inside of my house was 92 degrees. I expressed medical issues and they did not send anyone out. They said they could not assist until the following Monday. We had to fix the unit ourselves. Furthermore, prior to Darwin taking over for HomeRiver.. they decided to rack on fees. I never paid additional fees due to having renters insurance. All of a sudden 40$ has been added onto my rent over some magical portal they use. I love how I need help and I suffered through the increase in fees and they still did not help me. NEVER again will I EVER rent through this company. Absolute trash. Thank you for taking my money but not fixing anything in a timely manner.. really not fixing anything at all. Love that as a renter, I am fixing EVERYTHING myself. Pay you all for what? God forbid if I move out in May as planned, there better not be any additional fees over some paint. I have kept this house beautiful.
