asked for smart meter 55 times now

asked for smart meter 55 times now keep getting told i will recieve phone call for appointment this has now been 4 years and i am still waiting Avoid rebel at all costs also been told for 3 years that the app will update soon to allow set up of direct debit still no joy with this either this company are not to be trusted whatsoever
