Cardservice Utrecht horrible customer service
They are Apple authorized repair center but they charged customers just because they couldn’t find any fault during their testing. It was horrible customer service. I asked for repair Apple Pencil. It supposed to charge and detect immediately on my or on their device. It was tested in front of their own eyes. When they sent email to me for pick up, not giving me any reason but only an invoice. That is very unpleasant service. Customer deserves at least an explanation if my device is in warranty and if they want to charge any fee. I was forced to pay unreasonable testing fee because they were not capable to find any problem. I need my pencil immediately because I had work after few days. After picking up my pencil, of course as they said, they did nothing. The pencil didn’t work again! It happened last month and I was very busy, I couldn’t send back to them the 2nd time. They just replied my on the phone: I should send back the pencil and this time they will not charge any fee. Hello? I suppose to get my fixed pencil and not be charged the first visit. If they can’t bear any possibility that customers may send them a ok product, then don’t be Apple’s authorized repair center. That is not apple service core value. Again, My device is in warranty, without any damage. Just had problem with connectivity and charging. Without any service and I had to pay testing fee. It was wasting my money and time. Strongly no not recommended! Horrible!
