Not credible and highly suspicious
Not credible and highly suspicious. My sister and I took the same test. She got Lactose 85%, while I got zero on lactose!! We are both highly sensitive, have lactose intolerance and can't tolerate milk products. We have a blood test to prove it. They won't give me a refund b/c they are trying to get out of it with technicalities such as; "Lactose intolerance and sensitivity are different things...we don't test for lactose intolerance." Then why did my sister score a high Lactose 85% on hers??? Don't believe this scam. They are playing with ppl's lives and telling them nonsense things that they can't tolerate. It's all fake. Their customer service is arguing with me - instead of giving me a refund. I am clearly dissatisfied. Even though I have sent them my sisters results and asked them 4 times to explain to me, why I didn't get a Lactose result on my test, they are still ignoring me. Don't buy this test! It's fake. Go to your doctor instead.
