Anything I have reported has always been attended to promptly So I can only speak for myself really Although I've heard murnerings about people coming all the way from Glasgow to fix a light bulb, but I do understand about cororate purchasing so perhaps that evens out the cost factor. Be good tho if they checked all the lights during a visit perhaps Also from chatting with Ann our cleaner she seems to have a struggle getting paid as she sends invoice by post snail mail as she dosent have email and there seems to be huge delay with newton receiving postage 🤔 this concerns me I suppose because she does lots extra little things for us 🙂
