I was nervous and unsure about contacting CEL... I started online and the next day I got a phone call from a lovely and understanding lady called Beverly. She listed to me and was very understanding towards me. She mentioned that my case is also one of many that she has dealt with in the past and that I wasn't the 1st to make a claim about my type of case. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly and took my feelings into consideration aswell. Well done CEL and well done Beverly.
