Home bargains cannot deliver?
I placed an order for an aircon unit costing £199 which is a bargain. Then Evri delayed the shipment and was told it got damaged and had to be returned to Home Bargains, Only to be told I would be receiving a refund but not a replacement. When I asked for a replacement the agent said Evei could not deliver to my area which I find weird as we get loads of deliveries from Evri. I was then told to place another order and once again Evri would be delivering it to me, but I was confused as the agent said Evri could not deliver to my area. so why was I asked to place another order???? very CONFUSED!!!!
