Biggest rip-off I have ever…
Biggest rip-off I have ever encountered. Got into a Ford escape, paid 2 years on it at $415 a month. Was given a newer Escape with less miles, so told them I would like to sell it back. They take and tell me I owe $8000. It booked out at $5000 when I got it 2 years ago. So counting my $500 down, I paid over $10,000 on a vehicle worth $5000 and they tell me I still owe then $8000 more. Worst decision ever and have talked many people out of going there.
