Poor service, basket not what I ordered
Similar complaints as what I have read. Two baskets ordered, one was supposed to be delivered Dec 21, finally made it by Jan 6. Second custom basket was supposed to have a decanter and custom picked items. No decanter was shipped, two bottles of liquor (thankfully they were the upgrade), similar items were sent but nothing that I actually ordered. No communication was sent saying they were substituting, I would not have gone ahead with the custom order if I knew the decanter was out of stock, that was the whole point of the gift! No customer service at all, you call, they send an email days later not really explaining anything. Very poor communication. I would NOT use them again, what a shame, the website gives such a good impression.
