Kundenservice antwortet überhaupt nicht, stattdessen bekommt man am nächsten Tag ganz viel Spam. Meine Emailadresse habe ich nur bei Mail an HollandAmerika weitergegeben, deswegen kann ich das mit Sicherheit behaupten. Finger weg von dieser Reederei
